What is Wingzzz?

Wingzzz offers a digital library with over 1,000 books in multiple languages and across various reading levels, including AVI. Users can read, listen to, or enjoy stories with children on any device. The platform is designed for use at home, in the classroom, or on the go. Start with a free trial and explore the possibilities.

On which devices can Wingzzz be used?

Wingzzz works on all devices with an internet connection, such as tablets, smartphones, laptops, and digital whiteboards. You only need a browser or the app to access the books.

Where can I download the Wingzzz app?

Wingzzz can be used through a browser, but is not yet available as an app for iPhone or Android. To access the platform, go to the 'LOG IN' menu and enter the login credentials you used to create your account. Once logged in, you can start reading immediately.

Is Wingzzz a safe platform for children? 

The user-friendly platform offers reading enjoyment for parents and children, as well as for teachers and students. It provides a safe, responsible environment free from ads or in-app purchases. Wingzzz carefully selects the best children's books to ensure a high-quality reading experience.

Costs and Plans

How does the free trial work?
The trial period is completely free. For 14 days, you can enjoy full access to the platform and read as many books as you like. To start the trial, we only ask for your email address and password. After registering with Wingzzz, you'll receive a verification email. If you don’t see it, check your 'spam' folder, as the email may have landed there. Didn’t receive the email? Is the free trial really free?
Yes, the trial period is completely free. To use the free trial, we only ask for your email address and password. You don’t need to provide any payment details to access the trial period.

What happens after the free trial?
With the 14-day free trial, you get unlimited access to the full digital library of Wingzzz. Once the trial ends, it will automatically stop, and you will no longer have access to the platform. If you'd like to continue reading, you can choose a paid subscription when you log in again.

How do I cancel my free trial?
The free trial automatically ends without any action needed on your part. Your trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

I want to subscribe. How do I do that?
You can subscribe to Wingzzz at any time. During your trial period, click on the blue button (which shows the countdown on the top left when logged in). You can also click "Sign Up" on the homepage. A new page will open, and then click on "Activate my subscription."

How much does a subscription cost?
Wingzzz offers different subscription options for families and schools. For families it costs €8,99 per month and schools can choose from 2 plans (Class & School). Click on the school page to see the price.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in with your credentials, then click on 'My Account' (top right). Go to 'Subscription & Payment' and click on the 'Cancel Subscription' link. Your subscription will not renew but will be canceled. You can still use Wingzzz until the end of your last paid period.

Books and Features

How can I select books by reading level?
Wingzzz offers an intelligent search function that allows you to filter books by AVI level or age group. This helps you find the perfect book that matches your child's or students' needs.

Which languages does Wingzzz support?
Our library offers books in over 25 languages, including Dutch, English, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Arabic. Some books are also available in a duo-language format, so children can read in two languages simultaneously. There are also stories narrated by native speakers.

How does the read-aloud feature work?
Wingzzz’s read-aloud feature offers stories narrated by native speakers. You can easily choose a book and activate the audio option to listen and read together with your child. These books are marked with a blue audio icon on the book covers.

Use in School

I’m a teacher. Can I use Wingzzz in my classroom?
Yes, Wingzzz is perfect for schools. The platform supports class reading, independent reading, and reading in various languages. Thanks to the partnership with Prowise, there are also lesson materials available that align with our books.

I’m a teacher. How can my students use Wingzzz?
Use Wingzzz in the classroom for (read-aloud) sessions. Display the book on the interactive whiteboard or let children read independently or in small groups. With a tablet, laptop, or desktop, they can easily get started. The online library is available on all devices with an internet connection. It’s a web-based app, so it works on iPads, Androids, and Chromebooks.

Technical Support

What should I do if I have trouble logging in?
First, check that your email address and password are entered correctly. If that doesn't work, use the 'Forgot password' option to reset it. If problems persist, please contact us via email.

Can I read books offline?
Currently, Wingzzz does not offer offline reading. An internet connection is required to access the library. However, you can mark books as favorites for easy retrieval later.
